In April 2007, I made a shift into executive search in London, leaving behind a graduate sales career at global beverage giant Diageo. I was chasing something I didn’t quite understand yet.
I wanted to do more than hit sales targets. I wanted to see how I was helping others. There’s something very fulfilling about seeing people do well.
Almost two decades later, that spark continues in me. Building high-performing teams around difficult missions remains the most rewarding work I do. There is nothing quite like watching ambitious people tackle big challenges and succeed together.
